The services offered in the adult program are intended for men using violence, men in difficult situations, and men who are victims of violence.
Our intervention team offers confidential support to help men address their challenges and implement strategies to improve their situation.
Support is provided through individual sessions, awareness workshops or support groups.
Our services are available in French and English.

Perpetrators of violence
We support men who want to stop using violent behaviours in intimate, family or other relationships.
Our intervention follows a humanistic and accountability-based approach. We believe that everyone has the capacity to change and make better choices while taking responsibility for their actions.

Objectives:
- Identify violent behaviours, the cycle of violence and relationship dynamics
- Take responsibility for violent behaviours
- Develop safety strategies for oneself and others
- Understand the impact of violence on oneself and others
- Develop alternatives to violence

- Build and maintain healthy and equal relationships
Men experiencing violence
Support for men experiencing violence is provided through individual follow-ups. This assistance helps men become aware of their situation and gain the tools needed to regain healthy control over their lives.
Objectives:
- Recognize and understand domestic violence and its impacts
- Develop protection strategies
- Become aware of emotions in a safe space
- Promote the development of a support network and access available resources
- Regain healthy control over one’s life
- Improve non-violent communication skills
Men in difficult situations
This support is offered to men going through challenging times. Our role is to help them face temporary difficulties and refer them to appropriate resources when needed.
Objectives:
- Identify behaviours at risk of violence
- Welcome men and normalize the act of seeking help
- Support participants through transitional periods (retirement, separation, job loss, grief)
- Develop better self-awareness
- Improve non-violent communication skills
- Develop and maintain healthy and equal relationships
- Refer and guide them toward suitable resources based on their challenges
